I had that happen short after I bought my 98 ranger, and they stole my stock CD player, who the **** would want a STOCK CD player?

I just kept insurince money and shaved the locks and put my aftermarket in. no locks makes them never try again.

By the way, I work at getto appartments, happened during the day, but I think none are worst then where I work lol

Well, I talked to the insurance company last night. I asked about the custom paint and they said that they have to return the truck to the condition it was in before the incident. If that means custom paint, then they have to do custom paint. So, that's good I guess. I just have to find someone who is good enough to match the design that's on there now.

sorry to hear that bro....I know what it feels like getting broke into...as retaliation, I started working for a car door unlocking service. Did my training, got my experience and payback began......Anyway all is true expect for the retaliation part. I did work for a car door unlocking service for @3yrs. I loved it but it was a $hity company to work for, made mad money doing it and it felt good breaking into cars and getting paid for it. Since then I made my own tools and made a copy of all the opening manuals and diagrams they provided me with. Everynow and then I'll see someone who locked themselves out and I'll offer my services.....lol

^ Yes the paint thing is true. Metallic and very bright colors offer a greater high.

Get a viper alarm and shave the handles. That scares me so much man.

Then you'll get shot, and for what? A truck?
No trucks worth getting shot over.

That's true, but it's nice to imagine.

Someone used a flat tipped scredriver and broke into my drivers side door last summer, I came out in the morning and the door was wide open with a small hole near the bottom of the lock cylinder. They also used the screwdriver to pry the black plastic piece that the radio mounts to. Basically where the radio, vents, lighter and powerpoint used to be, all I had was a big empty hole. These trucks and most others are just too easy to get into.
