Cab swap
2004 and 2007 cab wiring should be the same, both are digital and use CAN Bus, assuming they have the same options, i.e. power group, cruise, ect...........
If you have keyless entry you may want to put the 2004 SJB in the 2007 cab, or just re-learn 2004 fobs to 2007 SJB, not hard to do
You need to use the 2004 cluster with the 2004 computer and 2004 engine wiring harness, 2007 computer has a 3 part connector, 1st year for that
seats should be the same mounts

Cab swap
If I use the 04 engine wiring harness it won't plug up to the 07 computer but if I use the 07 engine wiring harness it should work on the 04 motor right? The reason I want to swap out the cabs is because the 04 has a brand new motor and transmission I got the whole 07 truck for 100 dollars but the frame is broken into right over the rear axle because a tree fell across it and the guy that owned it only had liability insurance only. And he wanted it gone out of his yard there is not even a scratch on the 07 cab .
Pull out the 2007 computer and put in the 2004 computer, and use the 2004 cluster in the 2007 cab
Not sure if all the connectors will match on 2007 engine wiring harness, but you know the 2004 wiring harness will work, also engine fuse box wiring

I've done tried the 04 computer in the 07 it won't fit in the hole were the computer goes the 04 computer is longer than the 07
