so i ordered a 55w 6000k hid kit from ddm tuning last month when waited 2 weeks to have it shipped to me. when i got my kit they gave me 1 35w ballast and 1 55w ballast. so i call them and they tell me to send it back to them and they'll send me th right one and be for i hung up i made sure i would get the same style ballast back (the silver and black one with the etching on it).well three wweeks go buy and today i finally got my replacement ballast. i open the box and the sent me the other style ballast. so i call them and explaine the whole situation to them and they tell me they cant do any thing cause they stoped making that style ballast even though they are still advertising the ones i originally got about it and say they won't do anything about it.

 

when i bought mine from them, i waited a week without hearing anything. threatened to cancel my order and it was shipped that day. if they don't sell the old style, and the new is the same wattage and both are the same, i don't see a problem. i know what you mean thought about advertising them. change the website or something. i know i have seen on their facebook page that the raptors (i think) have been on backorder for a while

 

What cracks me up is all the horrible reviews I hear of poor customer service, failed ballasts, wrong parts, and people still keep buying them and acting surprised.
Sorry about your luck though.

 

i haven't had any other problems with mine.
