I need to replace the engine in my '01 Ranger. It has that nutless 3.0 now, I'd like a little bigger V6. I don't want to have to change a s#$tload of other parts to accomplish this, I've been there and done that with a different vehicle. If anyone out there can give me some good info, it would be much appreciated.
