feels weird

I have a 98 ranger xlt 3.0 when I go around a corner or hit bumps it feels like the truck wants to slide around.. the faster I'm going the worse it is. the other day I turned a sharp left at idk 15-20 mph and it felt like the right front wanted to roll under the truck it felt like the left rear was going to come up off the ground...it also seems like it takes more turning to turn left then it does to turn right.. is there a ball joint problem or bearing??? I also have some other problem but this kinda freaks me out more being a front end problem that could make me crash...

Welcome to the forum

Alignment issues can cause what you describe
What does the tire wear on front and rear tires show?

How new to you is this Ranger?
Could it have been in an accident and repaired, but not fully repaired, i.e. needs 4 wheel alignment and frame straightened.

Jack up front wheel and check for movement, for tie rod, ball joint or bearing wear

iv had it it for about 3 or 4 yrs now so not new at all. As I know of its never been wrecked. The front tire I wanna say it was the left front had more wear on inside. I think both fronts did actually, but the right was wore more then the left tire the rear tires seemed to be pretty even... I will do that when I get home tonight..

If inside of tire is worn then you have a "toe-in" issue, which can be a few things but will cause what you describe.
Outside front tire on a turn will have all the weight on it, if it is "toed-in" then that side will dip down more causing the situation you describe.
It is like you are over steering as the tire gets weight added
