My Ford ranger does not rev past 3000 RPMs while driving or idling when I am starting off driving I hit the gas and it bogs out and has no acceleration it seems to do better when I put Chevron gas in it but any other gas it runs worse I replaced spark plugs wires fuel filter air filter and cleaned mass airflow sensor don't know what's wrong with it the fuse for the mass air flow sensor keeps blowing out each time I replace it any ideas on what could be wrong with it

Whats the fuse NUMBER, and is it in engine bay fuse box or Cab fuse box?
Engine computer has a REV Limiter set for 3,000rpm when speedometer is under 5MPH or clutch pedal is down, so you could have an issue with clutch pedal switch
But need to know fuse number first
And could be dirty fuel filter, failing fuel pump or...........partially clogged exhaust system that's limiting RPMs
