Don't know how much it is here, and don't really care. I don't drive the truck that much but 3 times a week, and I'm usually on the VFR. Georgia really needs to approve the lane splitting law like California has.

Right now in my area it's between $1.99-$2.09 for reg. This I can live with. If it stays around this price i'm cool with that. Hopefully it won't go much higher but i'm sure we'll be gettin screwed again this summer.

I know how you feel on stupid taxes, we have a tax now on soda cause NY governor thinks New Yorkers are fat and hes doubleing taxes on gas cause he thinks doing so will take NY out of debt.

Don't know why all you guys are surprised. Gas goes up every summer.
When driving goes up and the use of home heating oil goes down.
It's called supply and demand.

It was really nice having gas so cheap all winter. Thats when I waste the most gas warming the truck up for 10 minutes in the morning. I tend to leave it idleing at fire calls. I burn a lot of gas in the winter. I also drove a lot going to Vermont so most of my long-distance travel was in the winter.

Now that its summer and going up again, I'll make a point of using my free train passes to get to work and no more idling and warming up!

Thought this thread died a long time ago, guess not.

Well gas hear is cheaper then it was from my original post in here. Been cheap all winter long.

Personally, I couldn't care about it. More important things in life right now to worry about. Talking about gas prices is just a waste of breath.
