I can’t get a straight answer anywhere. Not even the dealer. I have a 2020 XLT Super Cab. Love it except for one thing, NO HEATED SIDE VIEW MIRRORS. I have no problem buying them, they ain’t cheap, but will I be able to have them installed w/o any issue? I mean wiring harness etc. Some have told me it’ll be plug and play, others have said there’s no spot for it. Anyone???

 

If you can find ones that will mount and you like them, then if you don't want to wire them yourself, I'd call a couple stereo install places near you. I know where I live, car toys does aftermarket accessories. I've installed the mirror heater strips you can get off Amazon that work well and we're easy to install. If your truck already has the switch, than you may get lucky and the wiring is already in your doors. I'm at a loss over the dealership not even letting you know if your truck is equipped to have them.

I read your reply incorrectly. Posted another reply incorrectly too. Thanks for the response. The dealer guys are not that helpful and I’m really after a genuine mirror that’ll work like it does from the factory.
