Hi Folks,

Yeah I know, dumb question. But I'm asking because I tried twisting it to the left and it didnt budge, so I wanted to check to make sure I dont break it,

Thanks

It's "splined" on, it just pulls off, but not easily.

Yes, +1 ^^^

Put an open end wrench under it and tap it up with a hammer
I have also used a pipe wrench in the same manner, no hammer needed, lol.

Heat it up with "blow dryer" or heat gun on LOW!!!, that can get it loose, also a good way to install it, heat it up first, when it cools it will hold tight

Ron,

You are BRILLIANT, it was exactly that. How ridiculous huh? Ford must have been going broke in 95 and couldn't afford a tool and die maker to screw it on.

Thanks a billion for the advice.
