I was going to put the guts of a similar model explorer into my 2002 fx4 ranger but I got to talking with rond and after that I’ve decided to take the guys out of an 06 Mazda 4.0 sohc. 4x4 into my ranger the PO butchered the original 4.0 sohc wiring harness to try to make a 3.0 and trans work but it failed miserably I currently have the engine and trans out but do have a trans for the 4.0 sohc now I’m really knew to all of this and I’ve probably already been told everything I need to know but just in case what are the exact things I would need to make this swap work? I meant 4000 that’s my bad guys and by guts I meant motor harnes all the odd and ends
