The only thing I did on the inside was remove the middle seat belt and added a temp/compass mirror. I only changed the shocks and link pins and bushings on the front sway bar. Out the door price was just over 16,000, I added the extended warranty but never brought it back in for anything....just trips to the parts department. The last add on was the hitch. Its not the best on gas for a daily driver but my wife is only 5' 4" and if she can't back that down the drive way an F-150 is way out of the question.
