Need LED fog lights for 2008 Ranger

I got new headlight bulbs for my 2008 Ranger and they help some, but I want more light on the road. My head is spinning from trying to find them on ebay and Amazon, and my local dealer is not helping. Can any of you advise who makes LED fog lights that are designed for, or that I can EASILY mount, in the round ports in the bumper? Behind the bumper is a plate with three holes making three sides of a square. Less than 4" in interior port diameter.

Try and pick up some factory fogs? That's what those holes are for, wiring loom is present.

Have you actually correctly adjusted your headlights yet?

Thanks for the tip. Got fogs via an internet used Ford parts yard. Did not know about the special light switch in the cab, so wired up with some NAPA help. The ones I have are halogen, so will see if I can find LED's that perform well. Looks like I can adjust up or down and will do so on a dark, level street once I get the bulbs.

This is what I did. My'04 Edge already had fogs, square ones. I got some fogs for my F150 from Southeastern Overland. They weren't any better than stock, so I replaced those with Morimotos. The 150 has round lights.
Anyway, instead of just wasting $140 USD, I put the LEDS from the 150, into the square Ranger housings. WOW!!! The difference was phenomenal!!! I aligned the LEDs horizontally, instead of up/down.
Do a search for Southeast Overland, a bit pricey, but well worth it.
