Passgener seat missing lever

my truck has its passenger seat fully set back and I’ll like to move it up the problem is the lever is missing any ideas how to move the seat

You can see the adjustment bar in the pictures, only ONE side of the seat rails needs to be released for the seat to move, it has the GREEN connection in the pictures
You lift UP on the bar which has a pivot point, so it pulls Down on a pin releasing that rail and seat slides
