Soft brakes

Need help. Brakes barely work
So I got my 1991 ford ranger 2.9 v6 4x4 manual a couple months ago. Since I got it I put new brake shoes and wheel cylinders in the rear. I’ve flushed the brake fluid and I’ve put a new master cylinder. The brakes are still very soft and weak. They go all the way to the floor and the truck barely stops. I’ve tried the unplug the abs module but it did nothing. Please help

Try gravity bleeding the wheels, just posted how-to here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/genera...nt-fix-170872/

I know you mentioned that you already replaced the shoes and cylinders; but, if the brakes had any rust build-up or anything inside, might be worth scrubbing everything off with a wire brush? I had soft, sticking brakes, and it turned out it was mostly mud build-up and rust in the rears, cleaning things out worked wonders. Probably not helpful, here, but I'll put it out there anyway. Good luck!
