every time i start the truck up it will usually take at least 5-10 seconds to start. dont get me wrong i always starts but its kinda a pain in the ***. and its kinda embarassing lol but yea its a v6 4.0L i dont really know what it would be.

Seems to be a few of us experiencing it.

Check your battery connections first, then move to the fuel system.

 

ok i read those, few ?s , how would i go about checking the battery connections and can i check the cleanliness of the fuel filter b4 replacing? i do have an amp wire on the positive but i still did it b4 it was there
