Torsion key crank question

I am going to crank the torsion keys on my 2002 xlt and want to get it as high as I can without putting too much extra wear and tear on the suspension. How many turns would you guys recommend? I’m not looking to max out the keys.

???

The torsion bars are the front springs for the suspension
If you increase the spring rate then it will ride poorly, stiffly

The reason the front end would go up if you turned/cranked the torsion bars is because its set now to support say 2,000lbs, so you turn it to support 2,500lbs, which isn't there so front end goes up
When you hit a bump in the road, the 2,500lbs is still not there, so the bump is not absorbed by the torsion bar it just launches the frame and body up

Yeah I know it’s not going to ride as good but I was asking how many turns people would recommend.
