Icon13 Tow bar or Recovery Hook missing for MEA vehicles

Wondering why a Tow bar or Recovery Hook missing for MEA vehicles, which is specifically used for Offroading/Desert drive and other commercial use. Shouldn't it atleast have a recovery hook by default, as in all SUVs and vehicles used and sold in Middle east region.
Is this done purposefully by the Prod Dev team or any other reasons for it.

Thanks,

Welcome,

Not that I could answer your question, but I think your thread got overlooked because of the abbreviations you used.

What is MEA ?

If your vehicle did not come with something you are used to getting when purchasing other brand vehicles in your area,

I wonder if this vehicle your speaking of was imported from a different region?

What vehicle do you have?

What year is it?

When did you buy it?

He has an International Ranger, Ford T6

North American Rangers are/were a completely different version

So sorry we can't answer your question

Try this forum: Ford & Mazda

South African forum, Ford builds this version in South Africa and also has an Asian plant

This may be the version we will see here in the coming years as "the new Ranger"
