It worked great and now it's stuck.
Went to Wally the other morning and my rear driver's side back door worked normally. Got home from Wally and now it won't open. Seems like it releases at the top of the door but hung up in the bottom. Any ideas about how to free it?

The bottom of the door is where it's independent latch is. That's the one not releasing. Your going to have to pull the inner panel off and see if you can figure out what's hung up. Alot of guys have issues with rust, but if it was working good prior, than I'm guessing your pull cable possibly came off. I've added a video for you to see another guy with your year fix his, and alot more videos on this below it.
good luck

You likely have the Ford door cable fail. The back doors have two latches. When one cable fails the door will not open. You can likely open the problem latch by pulling on the inner cable under the pull handle. The upper cable in the handle operates the lower latch. You may find that the outer sheath attachment has broken and it can be pushed back into the door while you pull on the inner core. Once you get the door open you can take the inner cover off. There are aluminum repair kits that slip over the old cables, so don't mess up the old cables.
