'07 ranger left blinker issue

So, the right blinker works perfect but the left only seems to work when it wants to. I'll push the blinker bar/stick (whatever) down and i can hear the clicking but the gauge light and the actual blinkers outside (front and rear) do not work. It works about 1 out of 5 attempts. Quite annoying actually. I like letting people know to get out of my way because I'm merging. :P

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Multifunction switch failure? (aka...the stick/bar thingy)

I'd check all the bulbs and the flasher anyway...to help in the process of elimination.

Check your blinker fluid. Common newb error.
