2000 ranger 31 spline disk brake swap.

Hey all,
I have a 2000 4x4 ranger that was a 4.0 that I have stuffed a 5.0 in. I have a 31 spline 8.8. Does anyone have a write up on how to swap the disk brakes on the 31 spline axle?
