Welcome to the forum
Yes, all model 2009 Rangers had PATS
You want an EVTM(electrical vacuum troubleshooting manual) for a 2009 Ford Ranger, it covers all sub-models, i.e. engine and options, for that model year
As seen here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/AUTHENTIC-2...d=272852263624
Ford sends these out for EVERY MODEL, EVERY YEAR to its dealers and approved shops, so thousands of them are out there, people buy them, use them, then sell them when they sell the vehicle
You don't want a 2008 or 2010, they "might" be the same, but might not be as well, up to you
And "pin out" covers alot of ground, there are probably over 100 connectors on any vehicle now-a-days, so "pin out" for what connection?
