I tested the blower motor it works but nothing on the ac/blower controls work, no light nothing, can it be the switch??

 

Guess you checked fuses. Otherwise that switch seems a good place to check.

 

AC has a separate fuse in the cab fuse panel, same fuse runs AC Light

Blower motor works by GROUNDING, the blower motor in the engine bay has full 12volts all the time(key on) the Fan Speed switch is the GROUND

The back light is from the Dimmer switch on the dash light switch, same as instrument cluster lights

 

Yeah all the fuses are good and the relay checked out the blower motor works too, just no power to the switch.

 

Then most likely the switch itself is bad
