What are the wire colors?

in 1994 I have a white/red wire for hazards that should have 12volt all the time, thru hazard flasher from fuse #4

And a light blue wire for turn signals, 12volt but only with key on, from turn flasher and fuse #5

There is also a Dark blue/orange wire with 12v all the time, thats the "flash to pass" high beam power
And a red/yellow wire for low beams, has 12v with head light switch on

Diagram here for turn and hazards

Ron, I am assuming the white & red wire? On my 4 prong plug I have power with key on and off to the red wire,

A Red wire at the Multi-function switch should be for windshield wipers, but should only be powered with key on, fuse #2

Yes white/red wire should have power all the time for hazard flashers
