I was driving to the gym this morning & I noticed the ABS idiot light came on. I thought, WOW, do I still have breaks?

I tested the breaks a few times & they seemed to work OK except there was no longer the typical ABS 'pulse sound' that you get from ABS breaks.

When I left the gym the ABS idiot light was no longer on, and it never came on again while driving home.

I'm guessing the ABS control module is likely toast but the brakes still work. Crazy, weird stuff.
