Before I get too deep in this Id like to apologize for posting in the wrong area if I am.
I have a 2007 Ford Ranger sport with the 3.0. I am having issues with my AC not moving air through the vents. I am NOT having the issue where air is only coming g through the defrost. I can feel air very lightly in my vents and is very cold. The blower is blowing air hard I can hear it within my dash. And I can hear it adjust from low to high.

Well the fan air has to be going somewhere?
So the floor vents and panel vents and defrost vents all have the same low air flow when fan is on high?
Changing vent selection doesn't matter?
Any broken vent doors would just route air in one direction, not slow it down
There is a Fresh air vent door, it is open and allows air from the outside to be pulled in by the fan, air comes from under the cowl between windshield and hood, passenger side.
If it was blocked then air flow would be slowed down.
Select MAX AC, this will close the Fresh air door and fan will be able to pull air from inside the cab, thats what MAX AC means on any vehicle, no fresh air, recool already cooled air from inside the car/cab
If air flow increases the Fresh Air vent is clogged up
For wrench work I would start by removing blower motor and fan
Should be in engine bay passenger side, heater box on firewall
Disconnect wiring and Vent hose
Usually there are 3 or 4, 8mm bolts that need to be removed then you can pull out the motor with fan attached.
Make sure the squirrel cage fan is firmly attached to motors shaft, could be fan is slipping on the shaft so you can hear motor change speeds but fan just spins slowly because it is loose.
Turn on key and set fan speed to low
Plug fans connector back in holding motor FIRMLY, it will have some torque, try slowing down fan with you hand, just to make sure its firmly attached to shaft.
Look inside the hole in heater/AC box and check for debris.
Stuff can get inside and block air flow.
It is possible the Blend Door has broken off and is blocking air flow, but it is a directional door so air should pass on one side or the other, cool or heat, not stop flow altogether.
