2010 4cyl 2.3 Ranger - My a/c blower fan works on all settings and it blows very cold but very little air out ...
Is it clogged, vent issues ?? What to do ? Thanks

Welcome to the forum

Check the metal lines in the engine bay for icing, if they are building up ice then the evaporator inside the housing is as well which blocks air flow
And it means system is low on refrigerant, lol, yes low

AC works by compressing the fluid, and then letting it EXPAND inside the evaporator, the more and faster it expands the cooler it gets
When system is low on fluid it can expand more and faster, so....................icing occurs, its too cold

Leave AC off and allow any ice to melt, then test air flow, if its better then that was/is the problem

MAX AC setting operates a vent under dash on passenger side, it closes the outside air vent and fan then pulls in air from the cab, pre-cooled air so "MAX AC", thats all that setting does, recirculates the cab air
If air flow gets better in MAX AC then maybe the fresh air vent is clogged, under the cowl passenger side, no real access but look down the slots to see if there is a build up of leaves or ??

I was reading in the owners manual the vacuum lines can cause some weird things with the HVAC due to the dampers working via motor vacuum

That is a good point, check to see if your vac line has been broken or melted. Mine was. One line runs from the intake across the passenger side of the engine down to a globe looking reservoir attached to the passenger wheel splash shield.
From there it goes into the cabin. The purpose of the "globe" is to hold a small amount of vacuum so the truck doesn't switch from defrost (default setting) to floor and head settings as you accelerate and move in/out of engine vacuum.

But you would usually see a change in where the air comes from, and not its speed. I would also assume a clog/blockage of debris. I saw a thread where one owner cleaned his HVAC inlet after the fan, more or less a fine mesh screen, his was completely covered with dirt/dust/tar from a previous owners heavy smoking habits. This could be the case as well.

If you can't hear the blower motor, then its not working. They are pretty loud. Your resistor may have gone out, but it would of at least ran on "max" setting.

You can use an Ozone generator to remove the smoke smell. It will also kill germs and microorganisms.
