Alternator bearing

I got a 99 with the flex fuel 3.0 v6. It sounds like R2-D2 dying when it runs. I found out it’s probably the alternator bearing but I can’t ever find a size for the bearing. It charges just fine so I don’t want to have to replace the alternater. Anybody know the size of the bearing so I can get new ones?

You probably want a rebuild kit just replace both bearings, and voltage regulator

But you can get the bearings separately, have a look here: https://www.maniacelectricmotors.com/f0pu10346bd.html

Just Google: Ford Ranger Alternator rebuild kits
