Brake lights yes, tail lights no.

Hello, a few weeks ago I was involved in a minor accident that busted my passenger headlight assembly on my 2000 Ranger xlt that broke one of the bottom amber light bulbs, and the corner light bulb on the assembly. I have since replaced all the broken bulbs, but since the accident none of my dash lights work, and when I have my headlights on my taillights don’t work, but my turn signals and brake lights do. My running lights also do not work (first setting on headlight switch), but my front turn signals still do. I’m not sure what to do next as I’ve also checked the fuses and they’re all fine. I’m thinking it could be a relay or maybe I missed a fuse? If someone has any idea please let me know, thanks!

You likely have a couple fuse boxes. You have one in the engine compartment and likely one in the drivers end of the dash, visible with the door open.
