compressor fuse problem. HELP

i keep blowing the fuse from the 12v power source (battery). i'm running 16 gauge to the relay, and 16 gauge from the relay to the air fill sensor. everything else is 12 gauge. there's no problem expect when the tank is full to 200 psi and the sensory flips the circuit off. if i don't fill the tank completely and the sensor doesn't activate everything works fine. but as soon as the tanks is completely full, it blows the fuse. everything is grounded correctly, and the relay is set up the same way korey89 is running his. why is the sensor popping the fuse?

That is weird, maybe a bad pressure switch that is shorting out?

i'll call siege tomorrow and see what they say. does that wire size sound right? the ground should be bigger if not the same size as the power wire? and the acc. switch - to -relay - to - ground doesn't affect the compressor wiring, right?
