Cruise not working no voltage at clutch pedal switch.

Cruise not working no voltage at clutch pedal switch.
I tried the troubleshooting by pushing the buttons on the steering wheel but got no lights. Got 12v on brake pedal position switch but 0v on clutch pedal position switch. Fuse 24 is fine. What should I check next? Thanks!
