DDM Tuning Warranty claim Q

Sooo a while back, when i was flashing my fogs on and off, they didn't come back on once.. and haven't since then

Before I file the claim, should I say I flashed them or just say they quit working? I'm gonna make sure they have power going to the ballast before I file the claim.. Just wondering what i should say.

I know a few people have said that will kill the ballast, and I want my fogs back.

Just say they quit working, no need to say that you were responsible lol

That's what happens with cheap junk! lol
The heli I fly has HID landing lights with a pulse light controller, that pulses them 45 times per second.

well HIDs are cool but I'm really not willing to spend a ton of money on them, I would just get silver stars if they were any more expensive haha

No need to tell them what YOU THINK made the unit bad. Just tell them that it's no longer working. They'll try to help you over the phone on diagnosing the problem, and when they can't get it working again, they'll issue you an RMA to return the item.

Again... no need to tell them what YOU THINK made the unit bad. There's a chance that might not have even caused your problem in the first place. I flash my motorcycle's HID high beam and I've had that unit installed for about 2 years now... no problems at all.
