Passenger side empty hose connector on firewall?

Driver side hanging down from front side of upper intake manifold. What goes there?

So I just finished putting the motor back together after replacing the heads on my 2000 ranger w/ 3.0. And as I look around inside I see these 2 items where it looks like there is something missing. I have no left overs. Can anyone tell me what, if anything goes here? The photos are labeled with location. Let me know if more info is needed please.

 

Top picture looks like the drain for the AC, it just drips water out when AC is on

Not sure on 2nd picture, don't have a 3.0l
Looks like there is a hose behind it that's unhooked as well
