Electric whining

I just noticed this whining on my truck. Sounds like it’s coming from the gas tank. Would this mean that the fuel pump is getting worn out or is it because I’m low on gas? I’m not noticing in throttle differences on it at all. It’s an 02 3.0 FF 159k

See if the noise is quieter with a full gas tank, if its the fuel pump then it WILL BE quieter for sure, if not then its probably coming from the EVAP system behind the gas tank
