Explorer cluster swap in a 2000 ranger

I just bought this cluster, will it fit?(...lol I know I should have asked before I bought it) Seemed like a good deal to me.

I just bought a spare off ebay for a similar price and boy was it beat. scratched up cracked up and humpty dumpty fell of a wall...
