Flashing CEL, running rough, sluggish

Background:my truck has 149k miles, within the last year (10k miles) I have replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, oil filter and oil, transmission filter and fluid. A few months ago I turned my truck on and noticed an immediate change in how it ran, the truck would shudder if it was under 2krpm in the highest gear (about 45 mph to 55mph) but it smooths out around 60. Anyway since then it has gotten worse, my cel is now flashing so I took it to AutoZone and used their scan tool. Here is my codes and live data from freeze frame
P0303 P0430(bank 2) P0171(lean bank 1) P0316
Spark adv-20IAT-77 degrees Fahrenheit
MAF-5.95LB/MINTPS-42.7%O2S B1S1-0.695v
STFT B1 -0.8%
LTFT B1 18.8%
STFT B2 -0.8%
LTFT B2 7.0%
ENGINE RPM 2433
VEHICLE SPEED 17 MPHhere's my live data at idleMAF 0.58 LB/MINTPS 18.4%
O2S B2S2 0.000-0.005(V) (hovering around 0.001)
STFT B2S1 -0.8%
O2S B2S1 0.045(V)
STFT B2S2 99.2%
LTFT B1 14.1%
STFT B2 -2.3%
LTFT B2 2.3%
FUEL SYS 1 - CL (OL-FAULT)(that popped up once or twice)
Fuel sys 2 - n/aCalc load 44.7%
ECT 207°F
STFT B1 -7.8%

I have very little knowledge about what this data represents. Really I just want to know where should I start? Tomorrow I'm gonna check the #3 spark plug. #3 and #2 plug wires are also a different color than the rest of the wires. But I haven't changed the wires myself. Not sure if this is relevant but the truck has a flowmaster exhaust which sounds great, and I believe it still has a catalytic converter.

You could start by telling us what you're working on.

Year and engine size would help a lot.

2005 3.0L V6, sorry I put all that info in my account but forgot to include it in my post. I know my way around a tool box but haven't worked on many cars so I'm going back and looking at all the things I replaced to see if maybe I pulled a wire or hose loose somewhere or some other rookie mistake.
