I was rotating on tires today and I noticed the front brakes seemed to be grabbing a bit. Like I can turn it by hand but it doesn't turn freely, it takes some force to turn it, not like the rear which spin freely. My neighbor no at all says thats how all disk brakes are, but I don't know. Im new a vehicle mechanics I just took it up as a hobby in the last year so I have alot to learn yet. So how freely should the fronts spin????
