Front Left Turn Signal NOT WORKING
Front Left Turn Signal NOT WORKING
Hi everyone!
So I have a 2000 Xlt ranger and I recently just had a full roll cage installed. With this in mind I assumed I would have some sort of electrical problems since all the wiring was taken out then put back in.
One of the issues I’m still dealing with is that the front blinkers on the driver side do not work…
For some reason the dash light for the turn signal isn’t working as well. I’ll take apart the dash and replace that bulb today.
I looked at the turn signal bulbs and they don’t seem to be noticeably* burnt out. None of the bulbs light up when the turn signal is on and I’m kind of stumped. I didn’t want to just replace the bulbs and waste the money unless really necessary but if it came down to it I will. I just don’t feel that all 3 of the bulbs would burn out at the same time.
Is there any possibility that if the dash light for the turn signal goes out, that would cause the front turn signals not to function correctly?
FYI this is the ONLY electrical issue I have. Any help would be appreciated!

The dash turn and front turn are on the same wire, rear turn is on another wire that comes out of the multi-function switch, so I would start there

I figured it out
It was simple. When putting the turn signal switch back in, one of the wires popped out and it happened to be my left turn signal. Better to start simple than to rip apart the whole dash haha
