Front wheel clicking noise

My 2003 RWD is getting on my nerves. I hear a loud clicking sound from the LF wheel on each tire rotation. It was doing this for weeks. Today I replaced the rotors, bearings, seals and pads. It's now even louder! The calipers aren't hanging up. It only does it when the weight is on the wheels, doesn't matter if its in neutral or gear, but only going forward! And it wont do it when lifted off the ground. I didn't see any markings of any kind on the old Rotors or anything else. Sounds like a baseball card in the bike spokes, but metallic.

Rotate front and rear tires on that side, see if clicking moves to rear wheel
Also check front tire carefully for debris in the tread

I found, a clicking noise while a wheel is moving is either Wheel or Driveshaft Universal Joints.

I found the Cardigan Joints make more noise than standard U-Joints.

Just me talking out loud...
