Icon4 Ground locations?

1997 Ranger XLT 4.0 4x4
The truck has a newly rebuilt engine and transmission with about 5,000 miles on each.

I think I have a grounding issue.
The PCM started acting up by throwing all kinds of codes for both engine and transmission. The PCM I was told was bad.
I bought a new PCM flashed to my VIN#. After driving the truck a few hundred miles with no issues, the truck started "stuttering" one day out of the blue, then it quit just as fast as it happened. Truck ran fine for about a week, then it did the "stutter" again one day, and as the same as before, just quit as fast as it had happened. This time however it did throw the code P0320. My first instinct was to change the crankshaft sensor. Changed sensor, reset PCM, stutter came back and went away about 60 miles into drive. This time I did notice the battery light flashed on for a brief moment before the stutter happened. I cleaned as many grounds as I could find in the engine compartment and one under the fuse panel inside the cab. I am sure there are more but I don't want to tear the truck apart looking for them.

The battery and alternator check out fine using a voltmeter.
The plug wires and coil pack are new and have spark
Can someone give me the steps to check the volts that run to the crankshaft sensor? Would this be the next step?

There is a ground strap from back of drivers side head to firewall, that's the main ground for cab and PCM, often left off after engine work

Battery's main ground is to engine, then smaller ground to Rad support and inner fender, head lights and relays

There is also a ground strap from cab to frame, or engine to frame, tail lights and fuel pump

P0320 Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

Not specifically a crank sensor code, more Cam sensor related

But computer has these codes if its a specific crank sensor or cam sensor issue
P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
P0337 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
P0338 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit High Input
P0339 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent

P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0342 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Low Input
P0343 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit High Input
P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Intermittent

Crank sensor generates its own AC Voltage 0.5v-1.0vAC at cranking speed, 200rpm

Test your alternator for AC voltage, if a diode fails, alternator's can leak AC voltage which causes very odd issues like you describe and could cause that P0320 code

Google: Test alternator for AC voltage leaks

Its called AC ripple

When I tested for AC voltage drop, it got these readings:

Red lead from voltmeter to ground side of batter, Black lead from voltmeter to alternator body: 0.08v (this is with all accessories turned on and off, idle at 2k rpms, no change in volts)
Black lead from voltmeter to positive side of battery, red lead from voltmeter to power wire to alternator: 14.5v

Set meter for AC Volts
Start engine
Black probe on engine Ground, NOT battery negative
Red probe on B+. stud on back of alternator
Should see less than 0.5vAC
Have some one or you REV the engine above 2,000 and hold it there, and watch volts, should stay below 0.5vAC
