Trailer Lights

Trailer Lights
I've been having problems with my trailer lights. When I connect a trailer to the back my tail lights work and so does that passenger side brake light and blinker.
The problem is the driver side brake light and the blinker. This is with both trailers I use.
I crawled under and right before the connector I tested for power and I didnt get any juice with the yellow wire so I located the problem. So I followed the wires all the way up as far as I could. All along the way the wires were in a plastic tubing until right about under my driver side seat they branched off into 2 directions.
Where it branches off it the tubing then leads to a mesh like casing and about 15 of the wires go directly up into the cab under the driver side seat and about 7 go towards the center into something else.
I wouldnt think my problem is with the wire in the tubing because that should be well protected.
Has anyone ran into this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks
