Interior light turns off when it wants too.

I swear my truck is messing with me. Every time I get out of the truck the dome light likes to stay on a little bit longer and longer. It got to the point where I had to wait about 45 secounds for it to go off so I could set my alarm. My alarm will go off if the light stays on. I was about to take the dome light apart when it fixed itself. Now a week later it is doing it again.

any ideas?

Its probably your door ajar sensor messing with you. Try spraying some dry lube into the door. Next time it does it look on the cluster to see if the door ajar light is on.

There is a way around it, replace the switch or take it out and clean it.
