Lotsa CODES! Help please

Well folks, I have a few codes to work through. I will include a picture from my scan tool below. I do want to say this, right now there is no exhaust. I mean nothing, no cats, no muffler, nothing. I am getting new everything from the manifolds back this week but was curious if the codes all could be related to the facts the engine can’t balance the air/fuel mixture because of the o2 sensors not being there? The knock sensor is new, I have no clue what that is.

Yep, gotta have at least the 2 upstream OxygenSensors working,
or closed loop Fuel/Air control will never happen & computer will keep it running rich.
Yep, missing Sensors+Cats is why you've got these codes.

Thanks, and good to know. I figured the system is haywire right now because of the exhaust or r lack of.

for the knock sensor, when I was doing the intake, valve cover gaskets and Thermostat housing - I noticed this odd sensor sitting there in the muck. Well now I realize that is the lovely knock sensor and then would have been the time to replace it.

I took pictures during the process and it looks like some badly damaged wires at the connector IF that is where the knock sensor plugs in. Can anyone confirm this is the plug and if so can a repair job
fix this or is it possible it is also tied to the exhaust being stolen?

is it bad to drive with that not functioning properly?

and finally I changed the oil with motorcraft 5w20 because I thought I seen a service bulletin that Ford recommend a change from 5w30 to 5w20 but know realize that is for 3.0l only. Would that have caused this? I haven’t drove it more than 1 mile with that oil. For the record it is -6 right now. I know there are arguments over hot/cold x20 or x30 but I just need to know if I am going to blow it up or if I am ok for a while and if that might be why that 0325 error is in there.

Circle is what I believe to be the knock sensor

Here is a close up of frayed wires

5w20 will not hurt this engine; you're fine.
In winter I prefer 0w20.FullSyn; in summer I prefer 0w30.FullSyn; live in a colder climate than most.
Prefer 0w oil, to get flow to the OilPressurized TimingTensioners ASAP during ColdStarts.
Mostly it's just important to change Oil+Filter often, to prevent sludge+grit build up in those Tensioners.

Regarding KnockSensor; just a special MicroPhone; PCM enriches Fuel/Air mix if it hears knocking.
If wires are not broken on plug connector, carefully ReInsulate with Scotch33 & a CableTie, or buy+install a new one.
