OHC Map light doesnt work

my driver side map light(the light is on the passenger side but it shines on the driver seat) stopped working... bulb is fine, but it seems like the contacts seem like they arent connecting well so i dunno what to do... anyone run into this problem?...

i didnt think of trying the other light in its slot but lets say its not the light connector thing and its the actual ohc side of the connectors can it be swapped?

try to shoot some wd-40 in the switch from the backside (remove the ohc first) and see if that does the trick

It's most likely that little copper ring that the bulb base makes electrical contact with. One of mine broke and I managed to solder it back together although it is pretty fragile and IMO not a very good design.
