My wipers come on when the key is turned on then they stop and won’t start again, my turn signals or hazards don’t work or show up on the instrument cluster, no check engine light even though I have a massive vacuum leak and a dangling o2 sensor, all taillights work but not headlights, and my obd2 sensor doesn’t have power. My airbags are removed, I only have two bulbs connected on my headlights, I’ve changed the flasher relay under the dash, checked every fuse, and swapped the multifunction switch but I switched it to a used one so could they just both be bad? Someone please help me I have a 1999 ford ranger frankentruck with a 3.0 v6
