Assuming 1995
The 4-ways won't flash be cause there are only 3 bulbs working(one side), it needs 6 to flash
You will need to pull out the switch again and check the wires on that connector
Left turn's 3 bulbs are powered/connected using the one light green/white stripe wire
Right turn's 3 bulbs use the one white/light blue stripe wire
So the light green/white stripe wire is either not making a connection to the switch or is broken before it splits to the 3 bulbs on that side
On the connector is a Light Blue wire, that wire should have 12volts with Key ON, that 12v comes from the flasher, and it is working or Right turn wouldn't work
So you can use a Jumper wire from the Light blue wire to light green/white stripe wire and the left turn bulbs should start to flash..........if the light green/white stripe wire is OK
Flasher---(light blue wire)------multi-function switch connector--(JUMPER WIRE)--multi-function switch connector--------light green/white stripe wire--------3 bulbs---ground
If bulbs flash then wire is good and the problem is the connection at the switch, or INSIDE the switch, new or not
You can do the same JUMPER to the Right side turn wire(white/light blue stripe wire) and they should flash, just as a test that you are doing it right
And don't discount 3 burned out bulbs, while highly unlikely it is still "possible" so if you can swap either of the left right turn bulbs do it, just to take that off the table
