Rear Disc conversion on 8.8 31 spline axle

Rear Disc conversion on 8.8 31 spline axle
Hello I have an R8 axle which I believe is L/S 8.8 4.10 31 spline, I would like to convert the rear to discs. Will a ford explorer set up bolt straight on? Any help greatly appreciated.
