rust eliminater. (thread needed from past)

a guy on here (i think a younger guy) was building a ranger and had his bed off and took some chemical stuff and it ate the rust off then painted it outside. i thought it was a v8 build but i couldn't find it. i believe he custom painted his whole truck but it was a few months ago i saw it so i don't remember for sure. if anyone could link it to me i'd appriciate it or have any good ideas for how to get rid of rust on the frame without sandblasting.

Plenty of comments about it and all seem to be good.
