Not sure where to put this thread.
I need to be replacing my brake shoes and pads. I've got the pads, the shoes, and all the tools are available to me, but I couldn't find a How To on the subject of a 2006 ranger brake replacement. I don't need new hardware, as the hardware is new. (Accident...wrecked entire rear end...replaced hardware and drums, but not shoes.) So....anyone feel like giving me a hand? I've replaced shoes and pads on my old 88 ranger and my old 93 bronco fullsize, but a walk-through that's a bit more....vehicle-specific would be nice!

get a haynes manual for your truck... its gonna be exactly the same as the bronco and the old ranger... basically get a large c-clamp to push the piston back into the bore on the front caliper then remoce it and change the pads out... you will want the book for the rears though since it has prety good pictures of how everything fits together
