Ticking sound sometimes in Brakes

Hola,

When Braking (seemingly at low speeds), there is resistance from my brake pedal and a constant ticking that I can feel in my foot. It only happens sometimes.
I drive a RWD 2011 Ford Ranger Sport Super Cab.
Here's the background on the issue, perhaps it will shed light on the cause of my present issue:
1) ABS and Traction Control Light come on and stay on certain trips - if I turn my truck on and off again they're gone.
2) Redid my brake pads and rotors a month ago on all four wheels
3) Vibration when driving over 120 km/hr (feels like it is coming form left rear tire, may have damaged/bent wheel bearing during brake repair)
4) Probably not related but I will throw it in here just in case: Rad Fluid is leaking somewhere (haven't investigated yet).

Any one have any idea what might be the problem or where I should start looking?

Thanks!

Em
