Wiring help for a moron

2000 Ranger 4.0 pushrod motor 2wd
Finishing up replacing the heads and found this wire. I was trying to be careful and label everything as I unhooked it but can't place this one to save my life. It's at least a 10 guage and goes to the fuse block under the hood. It connects right beside the red positive going to the block. Please help. I was hoping to at least try to get it running today.

If that's a Black/orange wire it comes from the Alternator and connects to one of the MEGA fuse terminals on the outside of the engine fuse box
